Lindsay is an experienced leader specializing in building teams and scaling operations at the most noteworthy hyper growth technology companies, like Flexport, Uber and Groupon. She has a track record of being a strategic visionary and creative problem-solver who delivers strong revenue and productivity results. Lindsay is excited to help scale Xa to realize its full vision.

Lindsay holds an undergraduate business degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She lives in Chicago with her husband and three young children.
