With more than 25 years of experience across the chemicals, materials, and manufacturing industries, Chris brings a steady hand and sharp eye for navigating complexity, scaling systems, and building business resilience.

Before joining Xenon arc, he held senior finance and leadership roles at Hexion, Bakelite Synthetics, and UW Solutions, where he helped guide organizations through major transformations. He’s known for aligning financial infrastructure with long-term strategy—and for building teams that drive clarity, confidence, and momentum at every stage of growth.
