With a strong B2B background, Eric excels in creating meaningful interactions and value throughout the supply chain—from production to end users—blending strategic vision with practical, hands-on execution.

Throughout his career, Eric has played a key role in regional and global business transformations, successfully managing both rapid growth and turnaround situations. His international experience spans 17 years in Spain, 2 years in Germany, and 13 years in France, giving him a deep understanding of diverse markets and business cultures. In September 2024, he joined Xenon Arc to lead the expansion and development of its business across Europe and South America, drawing on his expertise to drive the company’s continued success.

Eric holds an International Business & Law Administration degree from Sciences Po Paris, a Spanish degree, and a Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona. Currently based in Dublin and Paris, Eric enjoys life with his wife and four children. He has a love for antiques and dedicates his leisure time to gardening, mountaineering, and sailing in the Basque Country, where he is originally from.
