Before joining Xenon arc, Mckensie spent four years consulting for large organizations, gaining invaluable experience alongside C-suite leaders and boards of directors. Today, she leads HR for a workforce spanning six countries, combining strategic vision with a people-first approach.

Outside of work, McKensie is an enthusiastic traveler who has explored 32 countries, an undercover Disney adult, and a passionate college football fan (Go Dawgs!). She shares her life with her husband and their two fur children, embracing every opportunity for adventure—whether at home, on the road, or in her professional pursuits.
