Murali Penubothu is Chief Digital and Information Officer of Xenon arc, a partner for leading materials producers that market, sell, and distribute products globally.

Joining Xenon arc in 2022, Murali is a proven business and technology leader with more than two decades of experience driving growth and profitability for startups and established companies. Murali is leading customer-focused technology transformation, aimed at driving next-generation advancements to Xenon arc’s innovative customer engagement platform.

The underpinnings of Xenon arc’s tremendous growth and value proposition to our clients and customers is our robust, innovative technology platform. We are looking to extend our leadership position, identifying additional new digital solutions that drive greater market and customer intimacy and intelligence, while creating greater transparency, scale and efficiencies.

Murali holds a master’s degree (MS) in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and completed executive education in the General Management Program (GMP) at The Wharton School. He is also a founding member of two private limited companies in India and currently serves on their board.
