Paul Stephen is the Senior Vice President of Technology, where he oversees all internal and externally facing technology for Xenon arc. Paul has over 20 years of experience, most recently as Chief Information & Security Officer for Capella Space, formerly Avalara and Zillow Group.

I was drawn to Xenon arc by the potential to unlock even more growth through technology, coupled with the experience I bring to the table from scaling companies over the years. I’m looking forward to seeing how much of that power we can unlock together!

In addition to the public company leadership roles, Paul is also an adjunct professor at Seattle University. Paul holds an undergraduate degree in Information Systems & Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of Washington.
