His career has been rooted in the manufacturing side, where he’s worked with distributors of all sizes and built a deep understanding of what drives long-term success in this space.

He now draws on that experience to help Xenon arc’s Industrial teams connect the dots between manufacturers and their underserved customer segments. Having spent his career navigating the shifting landscape of traditional distribution, Scott knows exactly how to position our unique model in a way that resonates with producers—and accelerates growth.

Based in the Chicago suburbs, Scott has spent most of his career moving in and out of the area—but it’s home now. He and his wife of 31 years have three grown children and two granddaughters, and family time dominates their weekends. Their favorite vacation spot is Hilton Head, SC, and while Scott claims he’s not great at it, you’ll often find him on the golf course with his son.
