With over a decade of experience as a customer relationship manager and passionate sales leader, Travis has held a variety of responsibilities across Xenon arc’s food and industrial teams and currently oversees the purchasing for an industrial client. His current focus on increasing inventory efficiencies and reducing waste has led to smarter stocking strategies and improved customer support during a time when other companies have experienced supply chain challenges, ultimately resulting in increased customer loyalty and long-term market growth.
Creating win-win solutions through value creation around efficiencies that benefit both the client and the small-to-medium-sized customers is what excites me most about working at Xenon arc. I love improving processes and developing training material to ensure we’re communicating key knowledge and valuable best practices.
Travis holds an MBA from the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington that drives his passion for creating value for clients and contributing to Xenon arc’s positive growth-centered company culture. He recently retired from elite-level marathon competition where his personal best was 2:19, and in his spare time, he can be found coaching his children’s softball and baseball teams, and participating in the ministry of his church.
